A Step-by-Step Guide

Tools/Materials Required: 

 

Chair pieces - 29 in total - supplied

#8 x 1 ½” exterior screws (54) - supplied

#8 x 1 ¼” screws (8) - supplied

¼” x 2” galvanized carriage bolts (6) - supplied

¼” washer (6) - supplied

¼” nuts (6) - supplied

Exterior Wood Glue - supplied

 

#2 Robertson screwdriver (or hand drill with #2 Robertson bit)

7/16” wrench

Framing square (or try square)

1/ Line up both (A) SIDES on a workbench or flat surface as seen (image 1) 
      (ensure the best looking surfaces are facing out)


2/ Apply an even amount of glue to the top of both sides where the (B) BOTTOM BACK SUPPORT will sit. (image 2)

 

3/ Line up and insert the 4 screws to secure the (B) BOTTOM BACK SUPPORT to both A) SIDES as shown

4/ Glue and screw the first (C) SEAT 1 piece (image 5 / image 6)

5/ Glue and screw the (D) FRONT as shown allowing approximately 3/8" gap. (Image 7)

6/ Line up, glue and assemble both (E) FRONT LEGS(Images 8-11)

* Using a framing square, ensure the leg is 90 degrees to the floor or flat surface you are using to assemble.
